They start by using a beautiful 100% ring-spun cotton, “Soft Style” adult tee. The softest, smoothest, best-looking T-shirt available anywhere. Then they’ve added some amazing new folding and dyeing methods. These new techniques take much longer to produce, sometimes involving two or three dye baths and multiple folding processes. They’ve also developed multi-image layering. With their new dye techniques they produce multiple prints per shirt, instead of one big print in the middle, giving their shirts an "all-over" print appearance. The final step in Evolution is the T-shirt label. The Mountain® label is printed directly into the neck of the shirt, with an air dry ink and absolutely no irritation to the neck when worn. Tagless tees, just one more step in Mountain Evolution™.
