We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and PayPal.

How secure is my credit card information?

Cat Fancy Gifts is sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products and services through the Internet. Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) transmission protocol which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. Specific order information is retained on the server only as long as necessary to process your order.. See our Privacy Policy.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We are required by law to collect 8.625% sales tax for orders shipped to a New York address. We do not charge sales tax, we merely collect it.

Will I be notified when you receive my order and what happens then?

Once placed, your order will be securely transmitted to us. We will confirm availability and ship date, enter your order, process your credit card, and send you an e-mail confirming your order and notifying you of the expected ship date. All orders should be confirmed within 48 hours. Due to supplier circumstances beyond our control, product prices and availability may change without notice. In such cases, we will  contact you for approval before shipment.

What if an item is out of stock after I place my order?

Should an item be out of stock when you place your order, you will be notified by e-mail and given an estimate of when we expect to have the item back in stock. You may, at your option, wait for the back order or cancel that item. If you choose to wait, we will process your order as soon as the item becomes available.

If I change my mind, can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of having placed the order. Contact us at sales@catfancygifts.com to cancel your order. If you cancel an order after 24 hours but prior to processing and shipping, credit will be issued to your credit card immediately less a 15% cancellation fee. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are processed or shipped.

What are your shipping policies, options and costs?

  • Items may be shipped from one of our affiliate warehouses, or from the manufacturer, direct to you. Multiple items may, therefore, be shipped and/or received separately. There is no additional cost to you when this happens. Shipping fees are automatically calculated and will be a part of the final total for you to approve before checkout. Upon your final authorization an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.


  • All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS (Parcel Post or Priority Mail), or FedEx, usually within 2-10 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) after receiving the order, although shipping dates may vary due to product availability. If you need something by a specific date, please let us know in the "comments" section and we will do all we can to satisfy your time restraints or notify you if we can't.

  • We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for items with special considerations, such as weight or size. You will be contacted for approval of any increase in shipping costs prior to order processing.

  • These shipping rates apply to the lower 48 United States only. We are able to ship certain items to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge. Please email us for rates. Certain large items cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please email us to be sure. Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time.


    Under what conditions can I return items?

    We certainly want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. There are, unfortunately, rare occasions when this may not be the case. We will do all within our power to remedy any situations that arise which cause you to be dissatisfied with your purchase.

  • Before returning any merchandise you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by sending an e-mail to sales@catfancygifts.com No merchandise for return will be accepted without an RMA number on the outside of the package. In addition, you must provide us with a tracking number so that we both will be able to confirm that the return has been received.

  • In order to provide the fastest service we may ask you to send your return merchandise directly to the manufacturer or to our shipping warehouse. At the time we provide the RMA number we shall also provide the correct return shipping address. Items must be returned in original resalable condition, with all original packaging material included. Any items that are returned damaged, not in the original packaging, to an incorrect warehouse or without an RMA will not be eligible for credit.

  • If the product is not what you ordered or if it has an identifiable manufacturing defect, please contact us for an RMA within 5 days of receipt. Return it along with the original packaging and documentation for replacement or full credit.

  • If your package appears to be damaged when it arrives, DO NOT ACCEPT IT. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation.

  • If you are disappointed with your purchase for any other reason within 5 days of receipt, we will, at your discretion, exchange it or refund your purchase price, but you will have to pay for return shipping and a possible 15% to 25% restocking fee on certain items. Original packaging and documentation are required. Contact us for an RMA before returning.
